Firm Workout Dvds
Do you recommend the firm wave or any other workout dvd? ?
I need to lose weight after giving birth. I saw the infomercial with the Firm Wave. If you have used it, is the Firm Wave worth the money? Do you recommend any other workout dvds to help me get back to my previous weight (I have about 35lbs to lose)?
Turbo jam all the way! Its fun and effective and addictive. I loved it so much I became an instructor.
