Pilates Workout Dvd
anybody used pilates workouts on dvd???
Do they work?? I was thinking of getting one, but don’t want to waste my money if they don’t work.
I have purchased Ellen Barretts Pilates Crunch DVD’s & they are AWESOME! If you want more opinions, go to Amazon.com & enter in the name of the dvd, or pilates DVD’s. It will bring up a bunch & you can see how many stars they got, and also read customer reviews.
Also, try your local library. They should carry exercise DVD’s (I live in a small small town & we have them) that you can try out (for free!!!) .
